Rochester Pre-Season Training Camps

Integrity Sports International and Shjon Podein are proud to offer Preseason Training in Rochester.

Shjon Podein along with some help from local coaches are offering some pre-tryout training to get your player ready for the upcoming season.

Specific Skills Targeted In This Program:

Power Skating                     Odd Man Rushes

Pro Edge Control                Stick Handling/Dangles

Shot Speed/Accuracy         Playing Angles

Quick Shot Release            Body Positioning/Contact

Passing In Traffic              Breakaway/Shootout Techniques

Read & React Ability          Creating Space/Making Plays

Dates:  Sept. 11, 18, 24, 25 and Oct. 1, 2

Squirts (Returning Squirt Players)     3:15-4:15pm     $65/Session

PeeWee 1 (Incoming PeeWee Players)     4:30-6:00pm     $99/Session

PeeWee 2 (Incoming PeeWee Players)     6:15-7:45pm     $99/Session
